Refund Policy

We want you to love your Thanksgiving tradition with Lurkey! However, due to the seasonal nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

 

1. All Sales Are Final After Shipment

Because our products are tied to a specific holiday, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped. Please double-check your order before confirming checkout.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or offering a store credit.

 

3. Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may have already begun processing or shipping.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted. During peak season (October–November), please allow extra time due to holiday demand.

 

🚛 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other reputable carriers.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Note: Delivery time does not include processing time.

 

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

🎯 Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and chosen shipping method. You’ll see total shipping costs before completing your purchase.
